Apptainer: Containerizing Software for HPC

This workshop introduces researchers to Apptainer (formerly Singularity), the leading containerization platform designed for high-performance computing environments. Participants will learn how to build, and run portable software containers on Sherlock, enabling fully reproducible computational workflows across different systems and environments. Topics include pulling and building container images, and running containers within Sherlock's SLURM job scheduler.
