Writing Job Scripts for HPC

Tired of waiting for your OnDemand session or srun job to start so you can finally get some work done? Do you wish your analysis could run automatically while you run the Dish? Then it’s time to learn how to write an sbatch script, the “set it and forget it” approach to running your jobs on an HPC cluster. In this session we will cover writing an sbatch script for R/Python/Matlab, submitting our script as a job to the Slurm scheduler, and monitoring our job.
