Stanford Graduate student Vanessa Sochat talks about the tools and infrastructure needed to deliver reproducibility as a service.
Vanessa Sochat, a Stanford PhD student in Biomedical Informatics, is an avid consumer of computing resources on campus, at national centers, and in the cloud. On October 21, Vanessa shared with the Stanford HPC Users Group her perspective on the need for better tools for researchers, with a focus on the infrastructure, visualization strategies, and web technology behind the databases, standards, and applications that have made her graduate student career exciting and challenging. And challenged us to find ways to deliver Reproducibility as a Service. Check out her work and her presentation slides.
